Welcome to Flow Forward Foundation! We are a Non-Profit Organization devoted to fighting period poverty by supplying menstrual products to communities in need and raising awareness about menstruation & women’s struggles. We strive to ensure that every person who menstruates can access the resources they need to manage their periods with confidence. We were founded by a passionate high school student who believes that kindness, empathy, and philanthropy can create meaningful and lasting change. We aim to empower individuals, break barriers surrounding periods, and build a world where access to menstrual hygiene and basic sanitation is a right, not a privilege.
