Hi, I’m Liz, the founder of the Flow Forward Foundation. I’m currently a sophomore in high school, and I’m deeply passionate about creating positive change in the world. From a young age, I’ve used my voice to raise awareness about global issues like climate change, poverty, and hunger. However, my primary focus has been on advancing human rights, social justice, and gender equality. My goal is to become a human rights lawyer and continue advocating for these critical causes.
I also have considerable experience in social service. I co-founded a community service project called Share Like Sisters, and I’m dedicated to volunteering at homeless shelters and other community organizations. Additionally, I’m involved in my school’s Anchor Club and Key Club, both of which are committed to giving back to the community.
As a young woman, I’m constantly reminded of the challenges women and girls face, including sexual violence, gender-based discrimination, and the lack of access to essential resources like menstrual products. That’s why I founded Flow Forward Foundation—to address period poverty by providing menstrual health resources to those in need and to create a safe space where girls and women can access support, education, and empowerment.
